Can your espresso bars be set up upstairs?
Our bars can be set up upstairs, but please let us know in advance if there is no elevator available.
What about power?
Most services only require one standard 2-plug 110v wall outlet for our equipment.
Will I need a source of water for your equipment?
No, we can bring everything including water to serve and make our beverages.
How much space do your bars need?
Our espresso bars only require a minimal amount of space, typically no more than 5 feet of wall space.
For tight spaces we can also bring just the equipment and set up on any sturdy counter or tabletop.
How long does it take for your baristas to set up?
It takes 30-45 only minutes to set up most services. We arrive early to ensure everything goes smoothly.
What kinds of drinks do you create?
Our baristas can create a wide variety of beverages with our espresso machines. A list of our most
requested drinks can be found here .
Do you offer soy milk, decaf, or sugar-free options?
Yes, yes and yes. These options are included with all of our services.
Is my event too far away for Cafe Elegante?
Not likely. While the majority of our clients are within 30 miles of San Francisco, to date we've been as
far as Sacramento, Concord, Napa Valley and Gilroy for certain events.
Can I pay using a credit card?
We accept all major credit cards. Please call for details.
Is my event too small?
Some smaller office events are for as little as 15 guests, so any event can benefit from our services.
Your drinks taste great! Do you have a store where I can buy your coffee and espresso?
People really do ask us this often. We may offer our products for sale at a retail store in the future.
In the meantime, our focus is on making our beverages fresh, right before your guests' eyes.
Can you provide glassware?
Glassware can be provided for our beverages. A small rental fee may apply.
Can you bring tables?
We have a very limited amount of tables. If you need additional tables or other rental items please
contact us for pricing. We will see what we can do to accommodate you.
Are you a licensed caterer?
Yes, we are a fully licensed caterer.
